Our price was set for the apartment rate for the two bedroom we are moving to in about 10 days from now. This is only temporary and it could be lower in a normal rental situation, not sure. There definitely are less expensive places you can find but most are not to our liking. Our two bedroom in Arkansas 2022 was $1,200 month. Our 3 bedroom in Palm Harbor, Florida went to $1,975 after we moved out. J

Hi Ken, can't use medicare here unless you go to Guam. We simply pay cash for any services which are very reasonable. Just bring extra cash. Phil Health doesn't cover much and is complicated.

Oh, yes your Valencia-Marpas stay was my fave, especially the Sunday market trip...I was planning to go there but the pandemic came and got stuck here in the NE...Still unable to go on straight vacation because of understaffing, but I was lucky in 2019 to visit BOHOL and VIGAN/PAOAY Ilocos...TFS and looking forward to your Valencia experience.

I was at a supermarket in USA earlier today, longingly admiring the 3 packages of eggs available for purchase. The supermarket offered a financing program but I felt that the interest rate was unreasonable. 😂. Bacon is now only for the truly elite.
