What about doing marpe and something like msdo to expand both jaws before surgery?

Do we know whether a marpe can be done after mma, if needed? I know it's not ideal. Also, whether having a 3 puece segmental or just a 1 piece lefort is possible with marpe after? Thanks

Hope someone can give me information/opinon - How about someone that is 64 years old. Just found out this summer that I have grade 3 Tongue - Tie. I have a V shaped high upper arch. I only have 27mm width. One orthodontist won't put orthodontics on me because of concern with the condition of my teeth and bone. I do have Assemetry. Have sleep apnea. Order is in to receive C-PAP. Am working with a Myofunctional Therapist. She feels she can get me functional with all of the therapy. (If / Since.. I may not have another option)... The Myofunctional eval sheets references a lot of issues... tongue thrust, etc etc. Is there anything that can be done? THEN, the big question is... Cost... Thanks for any information and direction.

Can anyone help clarify or notify me on a video to watch? I have a good bite on the left side and a decent overjet on the right side of my teeth, a slightly narrow palate and some crowding... need advice on what to do, I'm still a mid teen so do I need mse, msdo etc etc I just need anyone's advice on what to do.
