I never knew Woking had a palace! You learn something new every day! Loved that door!

Oh my goodness. I grew up in Woking/Old Woking but I moved away like 15 years ago and haven't been back since. Great to see it again.

Glad you made it to the Palace Marq, I had no idea there was a palace there. Rich's aunt lived in Woking and we often visited (it was Pyrford she actually lived in an old school house), lovely village. Thank you for sharing, the church was really nice too and of course, the door! 🚪🥰

It was more of a Manor House than a Palace really and I have an upcoming Video of a return to Pyrford actually.

That church knew you were coming by putting the door at the top of its historic attractions 😆 Working palace is a hidden gem as well.

Woking Palace was cool but a bit creepy. Glad you got to go there though!

Nice video Marq English. Me and my ex-girlfriend had a word for this sort of weather. You know of the Russian classical composer Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov? We would call such weather Grimsky-Korsakov that got shortened to "It's a bit Grimsky". Used to make me smile and still does.Great door.

I'm afraid the name Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov is lost on me Andy as I'm an uneducated fool 🤣🤣

@@MarqEnglish you are not a fool at all. He composed Sherezade inspired the One thousand and One Nights and Sinbad.
