Some people have the mindset of "no third party" in their marriages or relationships not understanding that it's inevitable in most cases. The most important as Pst advised is to find someone who genuinely loves your spouse(whom they also respect and listen to). It's also okay to seek professional help from a counsellor if a need arises.
