I understand that having an education to obtain an income is what will help facilitate a home.. but sensitivity is what will fill the home with love.. Masha'Allah... , removing the self-centered ideology from th equation.. Alhamdulillah.. Dr. Shadee, keep these beautiful reminders coming.. 🩷

Imam Abu Haneefah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Allah has a Hand, a Countenance and an Essence as He, may He be exalted, mentioned in the Qur’an. Whatever Allah, may He be exalted, has mentioned in the Qur’an of His having a Countenance, Hand and Essence, these are attributes of His which we affirm without discussing how. It cannot be said that His Hand is His power or blessings, because that is denying the attribute, and is the view of the Qadaris and Mu‘tazilah. Rather His hand is a divine attribute, and we do not discuss how it is; His wrath and His pleasure are divine attributes, and we do not discuss how they are. End quote from al-Fiqh al-Akbar, with commentary by Mullah ‘Ali al-Qaari, p. 85

6:52 Totally wrong about this. Take Saudi, the largest in the Arabian Peninsula. Highest rate of Niqabi in the world, full mosques in most places, by far the most Muslim conservative country on earth despite the recent changes. Also, despite the heat and dry land, people are happy, it is safe and a great place to raise a family.

@@TheAMA911 I agree with you. No country is perfect or free from fitnah. There will always be a portion of the population that indulges in haram. But regardless, Muslim lands will always by better than the lands of the kuffar.

I think a scholar like Dr Masri especially would say that just Niqabs and full mosques aren't signs of faith alone, these are just the outward parts of Islam, which need to be based on inward belief and love for the religion.

@@MotorStorm66 Faith in Allah is an individual’s responsibility. And you’re right, just because a woman wears niqab doesn’t automatically mean she has imaan/faith. But answer me this question. Which country would you rather live in? A country where women are dressed half naked and there are little to no mosques? Or a country where the majority of women cover up and mosques are everywhere? I’m pretty sure the first option would be a nightmare for a practicing Muslim.

Salaam.alaikom... sorry.to hear this...i!m sure there.is a whole story behind your suffering... what a shame and faillure that the ummah has caused an eppedemic of fitnah and lonelines amoung the youngster... we have decided to fear poverty instead of fearing zina. What a shame... I am also same age as you and also unmarried. I have given up allready l am now focussed on quran and doing good deeds. If I found some1 I will inshallah marry. That is much bettter... but also i realise it could be worse. I could be ill. I still have many blessings even if I am alone. Alhamdulillah... its not good to be alone. This is shaitanoc lifestyle to be single by choice. But.sometimes people are not married. Often people and families male it hard without good reason... i have a few friends who got married before they had money pr job. Because their parents were smart and thought marriage is more important than waiting untill you can meet the social.stanards which are 99% unislamocly inspired.... It's allways good yo make dua... i am going to umrah soon. And i plan to make dua.for people like you. May Allah make halal marriages easy agaon and purify our hearts amd souls to be accepting of each others sons and daughters in marriage... Good luck brother... please dont.forget the dua of musa alaihi salaam.in the quran... Rabbi innee limaa anzalta ilayya min khairin faqeer.

This wrong, me personally , just few months ago i was looking for a girl to get married and all of 4 or 5 that i asked about they don't even think about getting married, they only looking for keeping thier studies and looking for job after they graduate. I was really shocked because I'm living in a Muslim country and they think like that , They are not respecting Thier main role in this life which being a good slave for god and good wife for her husband , subhanalah it's arzak because I'm talking about myself I'm looking for wife to complete my deen and take care of her and inchalaah take care of our kids after, end living a humble Islamic life but it's hard to found the exactly thing you want, the right one.

"Making yourself loveable"? Because if you stop them from haram/harm, they'll hate you. You become "hate-able". If you let them do harmful/haramful things, you'll be more loveable. So this "Making yourself loveable" needs to be qualified. Is it better to be hated for speaking the truth to your family? Or, is it better to be loved by remaining silent in front of falsehoods and munkar.

@micdeymearstienbeiger37 I don't think Shaykh meant being loveable in the context where you bypass the wrongs of your child/spouse... think of it in the righteous sense. You can be both righteous and loveable. You can uphold boundaries and enforce good etc. whilst being the fun and outgoing parent.. this shows a kid that balance is possible.

@@Saa42808 I guess you’re implying that marriage in this day and age is done for the purpose of sexual needs when its purpose is actually to raise and strengthen the backbone of the ummah which is the family unit. If that’s what you’re implying then I do agree with you, but it’s not only Muslims. The family unit in general is under attack.
