Wow! I did pretty much what you are saying in this video for my application. But I didn’t put two on a page. I did about 5 pictures on each and put a description on each page and the dates of the pictures. My husband and I got married Jan 14 2024 but we started talking in 2020 and I made trips to see him every year spending time with his family and friends on each visit. I submitted on August 13, 2024 and have had NO word at all! Crickets! 😞🙏🏼

How in the world can you take your spouse on vacation if they don't have a green card? My son is married to a very sweet Filipino gal for over 2 years and the USCIS said it would be another year before they look at their case again. It's absolutely crazy! My son has been to the Philippines quite a few times but can't bring her here legally.

Hey Darian, thank you for the informative video. My brother and my spouses sister have been married for 7-years which they have many photos from their wedding and other events, and I wanted to know if it would be a good idea to include all of those photos (even photos where my spouse and I are not in) when filing for a CR-1 Visa? My spouse and I recently got married in January 2025 and over the course of years we only have photos together from our siblings wedding events, our recent wedding event, and photos of us hanging out after the wedding event with family.

Sir I came to us in dec 2022 on f1 but was out of status for 1.5 yr and got married in April 2024 and have applied for I 485 in Nov 2024 and my interview got waived off after my biometric in dec 2024 and I am waiting for the final decision . My question is can trump revoke my waived off interview and can I have the interview in 2025 or my case will be approved without interview ?

If I can share my opinion which I'm not attorney but who I present myself my case, they don't care a lot picture, base in marriage they want to see more legal documents like joint accounts, mortgage, bills. That was my experience not thousands of pictures

It's possible to get a case approved without photos. Submitting a variety of types of evidence, including photos, can often make it easier for the USCIS officer to decide the case.

This is not true, however your income requirements might be higher if there are other immigrants.
