Hi atty, I was married 2000 with a marriage license indicated to my marriage contract. However, the local civil registrar could not certify certainty if the marriage license used for my marriage was indeed issued. Is this a ground for filing a petition of nullity marriage?

Im sign married sa city hall dipo km humarap sa mayor at 19yrs old po ako bakit ng kimuha na ako ng cenomar 22 ako kinasal Pwede po bang pawalang visa ang kasal namin .na walng concent parent ko at dina po kami nagsama since na kinasal kami 30 npo km hiwalay

Hi po attorney ng pakasal po ako ng 2005 din ng hiwalay kami 2008 pero nong kumuha ako ng cenomar ng 2012 mg upper poh don na pangalawa na po akong kasal at my pang 3 pa syang kasal nong 2011 attorney...ngayon poh void poh ba kasal nmin?kc til now pag kumukuha ako cenomar andon pa rin poh yong registered no.ng kasal nmin...panu poh kaya gagawin don attorney?

Good day atty .. paano kung nauna kasal po bago issuance ng marriage license .. Oct 3 kasal tapos after 9 days na issue license .. nilagay date ng kasal s registration Oct 12 instead na s mismong kasal? Null and void rin po ba?

Hi po atty...ikinasal po ako noong 2007 pero nagtataka po ako ksi noong araw na pinagfill up kmi ng form ikinasal kami agad sa kagustuhan ng nanay at ng naasawa ko n madaliin..pero walang parent consent ksi lolo ko at kapitbahay lng namin ang pumirma...after noong kasal wala n kming ginwa upang iparehistro ang aning kasal..masasabi kayang valid iyon..pero dahil sa hindi ko gusto ang lalaki nakipaghiwalay agad ako sa kabya .sana po masagot nyo po..gid bless and thank you

Yes your marriage is valid. Non registration of Certificate of Marriage does not invalidate your marriage. However, if you contracted marriage without a valid marriage license then your marriage is void.

Hi po. Paano po if nakasal nung 2011 pa then 17yo po ang babae & 19yo ang lalaki, tapos year 2016 lang po nila pinasa sa civil registar yung marriage contract tas sinulat nila dun na age is yung age na po nila nung 2016 na hindi na minor. Pinirmahan din ng mayor yung 2016 copy ng contract. Chineck namin sa psa, authenticated na po ng psa yung 2016 na copy ng marriage contract. Nakakuha na kami ng psa copy. Valid po ba yung marriage nila?

Hello poh tanung lng Po pwede poh ba ikakasal kahit Walang marriage license pero matagal na kami nag sasama mga 8years na pero Wala pa kami anak pwede kaya maikasal kahit Wala marriage license Sana masagot

Magandang araw po atty. Tanong ko lang po ang release po ng marriage license namin is yong mismong date ng wedding namin. Dahil kame po ay nsa ibang bansa uuwe lng po para mgpaksal sa philippine. Pwede parin po ba kame maikasal sa mismong araw ng release ng marriage license namin?

No. Marriage license is required prior to your marriage while marriage certificate is a document evidencing facts of your marriage.
