yes it will affect your sponsorship, because you need to prove that your marriage is true.

Are all the documents stamped during the entire process when everything gets submitted. Or do you have to do this after the marriage?

After your marriage, you gather all your documents and you get them stamped in all the offices...Family court, High Court, Civil court...just keep asking people of all the places you need to go. Your diploma needs to be copied and stamped as well with rest of the documents...just your college, university or any diploma that you have from your courses or studies.

Hi I was with a Canadian in a relationship in 2016 and she registered me in court that I live with her at same address without my knowledge.knowing that I didn’t live with her.after a year we separated. Will this pose a problem for me if I want to marry an official marriage in Morocco

Hello, I am not entirely understanding the question. Where and in which court did she registered you because in Canada, overseas marriage doesn't have to be recorded anywhere in any court but anyhow, as long as you have your divorce certificate...you are free to marry again

We'll, if you already submitted the application, of course not...it would be just waste of money to hire the immigration lawyer but if you are still filling out the application and have questions and concerns about the process...then yes, you can and should hire the consultant. This decision is really up to you, I cannot advise you to do eather or...all I can say is that if you don't feel comfortable or you are scared that you might make a mistake...you should consult yourself with an expert. My videos and advice, should not be taken as last decision made by anyone and I am always advising people to check everything according to their own situation and make decisions accordingly. Before filling out the forms, people need to read everything properly hundred times if needed and if there are too many questions on any forms...you should seek help. You can hire the immigration lawyer to do your application fully or you can just get an consultant to ask the questions you have and are not sure how to go about them. I personally can help as much as can and with information that I possess but don't forget that some things might change that I am not aware of, yet I am giving you the advice. Everything that I say or help you with...always double check online or even call the IRCC office to confirm.

Hello...yes, all these documents need to be stamped in Morocco by Moroccan authorities but only for Moroccan citizen. If you are a Moroccan citizen, getting married to a Canadian...all your documents need to be stamped before your spouse goes back to Canada. He or she, will use these stamped documents to apply for sponsorship and PR application.
