This is what amazes me about the proposal videos: how many friends and family are pulling for the couples wanting to be married. It gives me hope ....for America especially...I only wish I could be so lucky. As a gay man, I have had to isolate myself from straight friends I couldn't tell, family that wouldn't consider coming to my wedding (except maybe to laugh), and no gay friends because I have never been a person to make casual acquaintances (my bad I guess)....SO anyway, no big weddings for ME...sad...
