The new M-1 visa is valid for three years just like the TP-10 visa. With the new M-1 marriage visa you are eligible to apply for a resident (R) visa after only two years

They can grant from 1 to 3 years under this visa category. After 3 years holding this visa you'll be able to apply for the R - Resident visa by accrued time. After holding this Resident visa for 5 consecutive years, you'll be able to apply for Colombian nationality by adoption. Regards
