I think no one else could put it better in words than Anmol. I personally feel like she's speaking for me, putting my thoughts into words. Amazing! Thank you Happy Chirp

Totally relatable. I'm doing my house job and I am also facing situations due to being soft spoken/nice and woman.

Loved this podcast Humna. This is a topic very rarely talked about and people in our culture don't even acknowledge it. Anmol's story of choosing marriage over a career is a story of a LOT of women. It's good to see you having these conversations. If you don't have these conversations, there's no acknowledgment of a struggle of a woman. Also noticed your podcasts are so much more personal and in-depth with the people from your life or whom you know personally. We would love to see you invite more people from your life. Keep having these conversations :D

Having worked in the corporate sector, I do feel that shouting or raising voice is not something one should opt for. Best is to keep a tone that is respectful but firm since the other person is also an adult and is responsible for their behavior. If we can't work together, one can decide to move on...

Love listening to the podcast. It was so relatable at so many levels. It is so hard to be in an administrative position and don't lose your shit to be heard and get the work done. Also thank you for mentioning about low self esteem and how it affects you. I have been there and did not think of it from this point of view until I heard from you Humna.

I can totally relate with her. I still don't have it figured out where my interest is. Because I just like certain specialities!!! It's so frustrating when you get to see people who are crystal clear about what they need to select and do! I'm still between jugling between Medicine/gastro/derma/Anesthesia!!!!

Loved the podcast, generally, I relate to her a lot, even from her last podcast. One suggestion, I felt she was cut off multiple times when she was speaking in the middle of her sentences. Otherwise, loved the episode.

A question for both Humna and Anmol, I really hope you both answer! 😊 I have been inspired by Humna when she did something very different from her degree and I agree with everything that you discussed related to how one can change fields. But as medical professionals we know that we have to continuously be in contact with our medical stuff that is the knowledge and everything in general because I believe if a doctor takes a huge break it becomes difficult to keep the stuff active in your head. So my question is if one does something different from their degree and then after years for any reason they want to come back to their medical profession then wouldn't it be difficult to come back after such a huge gap in practice? Please do reply, looking forward to replies from you both. ♥️
