Back in the day you could play this on regular country radio and everyone wouldn’t freak out. We’ve gone a long way- mainly in the wrong direction…But God!!!!!

Charlie was a great American patriot, and I would proudly stand shoulder to shoulder with him. We need more men like Charlie Daniels!

Charlie was from Willington NC. He was a little wild in his younger years. In the 80s I saw a change in his heart. He was the strongest wittness I've ever seen at a concert. He loved to share the gospel live. He was great man

When it came to Charlie Daniels what you saw is what you got. I had the privilege of seeing him in concert 4 times and actually got to meet him the last time when he came to perform for us in Iraq in 2004.

I agree 100% with him.

This how things need to be handled there would be less crime when there are actual consequences to your actions

RIP He was was a legend and lived that life. David Allen Coe was the only country musician on death row for murder, Careful with his music, just remember his "racist" songs were written by his black cellmate and his black drummer.

I'll give you Rick Grimes, and yes, The Devil Went Down To Georgia is the Charlie Daniels Band. Do the live when you react to it. Thanks for the reaction.

❤❤RIH Charlie Daniels You guys want a comical song, country rap ... Check out "Uneasy Rider'88" It's funny but maybe wouldn't be so acceptable today - we grew up in a different era❤ (Make sure you select the "88 version, they are different)

"That's a little far", "He's going too far". If you tolerate evil actions then you are part of the problem. Those who sit idly by or want to restrain the punishment of evil are soft and corrupted.

You guys seem to be into Christian rock. Its not really much of a thing over here in Europe. I'm recommend you check out a couple of Chris de Burgh exvellent songs which i think fall into the Christian rock category namely "The rivers of Abraham" and "The words i love you". There are quite a few more but you could start here. Enjoy.

Not far at all. That’s the problem. No consequences equals exactly where we are right now. He didn’t say anything in that song that I don’t agree with. I personally prefer law and order.
