I think I read somewhere that Akira Kurosawa’s Rashomon was also an inspiration for this show. It’s a movie that deals with the way each individual will remember the exact same event differently than the other. I think you can see a little bit of that in this episode.

@@RullXov I don't even need to considering everything on his channel is just hatred and nothing else. But the Acolyte deserves it. This show just isn't good. I will admit the best part of the show is the fight sequences. other than that i don't like it. Mae/Osha are the main characters yet i don't even like them. Even the Sith is more enjoyable and Sol as well. But otherwise im just waiting for episode 8 to come to see if it can be any good cause otherwise it's below mid

It's weird that Master Torbin committed suicide to prevent incriminating himself to the Jedi Council. I believe that it was Torbin instead of Mae was the one that lit the fire killing Mae and Osha's family is why he drank the poison willingly. Also, I looked online to see if any of the High Republic Books/Comics had anything on Osha and Mae's background and I found out that they both lived in a coven of witches with Mother Aniseya and both Osha and Mae's last name is Aniseya, which means that they are the daughters of Mother Aniseya. So my hunch is those 4 Jedi specifically Torbin that lit the coven a fire killing their family.

If I might make a suggestion for future presentations, the whole point is for us to view what you are reacting to and in your current style that makes it very hard with both your images in large circles in the middle of the screen. Such a cheap trash series made for mindless normies 😅 and the worst thing is that normies consume it with a pleasure Previously, such a primitive series would have been for an audience of kids 7-14yo, since they are not particularly smart and do not pick on things. But nowadays the 16-24 generation is at the same level of intelligence as 7-14 kids. No critical thinking, no ability to analyze, no time to think - too busy with blind consumption. That's sad.
