What a brilliant way to spend almost two hours. I loved listening to Andrea tell her story, she comes across as such a nice lady. Her kids are lucky to have her as their mum. Great episode as usual James. Top man. Thank you to you both.

OMG !!!! Andrea , love your interview. If I was still in Philadelphia I'd like to have lunch with you - your straight forwardness is a delight ! We're probably the same age and while I'm from a different background, I share the same jealousy from others pretty much my whole life and a ton of it living here on the west coast. I took a stand by leaving a good lifestyle when my husband was acting in the same manner. I consider myself "retired" from dating due to the lack of respect towards women. You're great and have learned how to be able to cherish yourself and your life. Very Best to you....thanks for the awesome interview both you & James 😁

Refreshing change to listen to a beautiful Lady who clearly knows & has lived "the life" not glamourising it, not only talking about the upside(s) ("they're all fucking rats" - well bloody hell she's not wrong, you've had a fair few on trying to justify their rodent behaviour James!!!) It's lovely to hear Andrea owning her own mistakes, & talking so fondly & fiercely about her Children, (obviously grown adults themselves now) breaking that "Generational cycle" ensuring they all live their real best lives - legal & free - cannot have been easy. Respect also to Andreas Brother & ex husband for keeping her out of jail, 100% the right thing to do of course but like most other old school right & decent things people are expected or supposed to do, it's very rare.

What you were talking about on 57 mins about abused men holding guns and knives, hurting people. I am a true believer through my life that hurt people hurt people. It’s in all walks, the toughest cop or screw was bullied or was a bully. You have to look and ask why? That’s why I feel police and prison service and social services need much tougher vetting before handing out jobs. Great podcast as usual James, get more women on, men need to understand life from their viewpoint more. Thanks.

She’s lucky she got out of that 1st relationship how she did tbh amicable because a lot of men like that don’t let that happen ,she was clearly into it because she said she didn’t want that life with him yet continued to go to the clubs etc and look for ppl exactly like him ,because she was looking to be just loved and looked after in life but as she said it comes with a price. This was an interesting one x

I saw this and I think you interviewed Gravano more recently Shame you didn't question Sammy about her narrative She seems pretty narcissistic herself and like attracts like. No one forced her to live the life. I'm also Italian my parents came from Poverty.. What I DID agree with is a snitch is a snitch and she's 100% right and just for this ,thank you. I'm not all over myself with her but she actually made the most important point Loyalty and integrity is non negotiable and I wish her well Love you man, you're doing a great job mate

2 things about Andrea's story seem a little off but it could just be a misunderstanding of how things work. Every mob interview I've ever watched, even all the toughest guys say the Rico act is the most harsh and is why people roll over, there's no other way out. So she had her guys take the charge, she didn't rat and feds moved her to safety and let her go. With evidence of her fronting drug money and then feeling sorry for her having kids and the confession, along with the threat of a hit, she was let off the hook? But don't they take everyone under Rico? The 2nd thing, her eldest son religious and a strong moral compass with god, runs a construction company and is not connected to the life. But his dad and uncle are street guys, and don't most people in the life use construction companies to launder the money? I could be wrong, who knows. She's a great speaker with an interesting story. Hats off to her either way, fantastic interview.
