Marriott Residence Inn Downtown Long Beach Hotel Tour

Very nice hotel. Security is kind of lax though. Seems like you are on an island away from civilization. No stores, restaurants, bars , or even police anywhere there. No police presence anywhere near the hotel. Had to call the police there once because a homeless guy who was inside the hotel stole my wallet from my room and it took about an hour for the police to arrive from across the river/bay, but by then the thief could have just walked his way to escape. Had to check in with cash, but they were able to accommodate because they seem to keep a lot of cash behind the counters.
