Same here! But I get the thoughts and feelings from the message sender too. I also look at 20 and 30 yr olds on here and I am amazed on how wise they are, but it's just a different time. We would have had to read 150 books in our 20s to get the wisdom that's now available on our devices. We now have access to people we would have never met before, people share their wisdom, truth, pain and we all can benefit from it. It is amazing but I can relate how this can feel discouraging sometimes, especially when one isn't at peace with their life and self yet.

Janiyah! My sister in Christ. Thank you for being vulnerable with us. You have no idea how beautiful and strong that is. It takes alot of courage. And you are most definitely a BRAVE Daughter of God. Marrissa Thank you for sharing this and for your kind and gentle heart. I want to say that in 2017 I fell in deep discouragmet and disappointment with God. I was so hurt with him. And quite honestly angry. I am a person that does hear alot from God ( Prophetic gift) We all have spiritual gifts. God tends to give me visions and dreams ever since I can remember. In 2018 I started my healing journey with God. One of the things we ,well he 😂! Started with was our relationship as FATHER and DAUGHTER. You see I had some daddy issues with my natural father , and I had put my heavenly Father in that same box. I had HUGE trust issues. And my Dad ( God) wanted to walk with me and heal me in those areas. One of the things I noticed as I was surrendering my heart to God was a lack of interest in listening to other Pastors and Prophetic I without noticing idolized. So I starting spening alot of time in my WORD and in conversations with God. And little by little the ungodly seeds and roots that had called my heart home where slowly being uprooted and washed away. Im 38 not married and living with family. Of course I question and doubt at time if the promises that God spoke to me as a little girl will ever come to pass. And when I feel like my life is done and over. MY HEAVENLY FATHER reminds me HE IS NOT DONE with me yet. His promises are YES and AMEN! That is word doesn't return void. That if he did it with Hannah, Ruth , Elizabeth,and Sarah he WILL do it with we. I have realize that in the WAIT. God is working in us in such a beautiful and graceful way. There are things I went through like Job that I now look back and thank him . Because my FAITH in him has been UNSHAKABLE! My HOPE in him has been UNMOVABLE. I am STRONGER , BRAVER AND COURAGEOUS because of it. God has called me an ESTHER! Even before giving my life to him. And he is PREPARING ME ! And im so grateful for it. I LOVE HIM with all my HEART. YES! Im going to marry have children the house etc. But for now in this moment. Im enjoying him loving on me. And me loving on him. This year im coming for EVERYTHING the enemy stoled from me. I AM NO LONGER partnering with fear. The enemy can steal from you unless you give him permission. Will the door of FEAR is closed. Totally sold out for GOD. Even when I can't see the next step. I just want to say thank you for this video! I’m 26, married and working towards my career. But, I still find myself comparing. I see other people having babies, buying their home, traveling, etc. I sit and wonder what am I doing with my life? Especially seeing people younger than me having those things. But, once I found myself taking breaks from social media, my mental health has improved. I’m still working on compassion, but I’m learning to be still and enjoy the current season I’m in. I have the faith that God will bless me when the time is right, I just need to be more patient 🫠.

I can relate to the feeling sis described in her email. I am 48 yrs old and finally feeling like I am on the right path. Every now and then regret is trying to creep in on me wishing I would have been here 10, 15, 20 yrs ago but then I shake it off. I am here now. Thank God I am here now and every misstep and every moment before this lead me here, so I can't dwell in regret when it was the "secret sauce" that got me here. I also kow know now that things are only getting better because I feel more and more at peace with myself and my life. I’m slowly climbing out of feeling this way for about 5 years straight. It was a very trying time. I wanted to say something to the woman that sent the email that feels far behind. The Holy Spirit eb and flows. You feel it heavy at some points and other times it is a just a whisper. Social media also can make us feel like we are far behind. However, as a word of encouragement you will have a time in life when you will look back at some point and you will realize how much stronger you are because of the valley you are in. With your current feelings please know that they are valid and you are fully supported here. The cost of maturity does take a toll. For example I been working and been a care giver since age 9 and had to grow up from that age on. Seen and heard a lot as no good examples were brought to me. I wouldn’t change it for the world though because the strength that comes with it (all through most times it’s unwarranted) it does cost. Keep faith alive and know that your time for brighter days will come.

This actually brought tears and hurt my heart. You have not missed God. All you go through is what God has placed in your path so you can trust in him. He wants you to come to him. I know one thing since I started going BACK to church and given my life to him everything is falling into place. BUT, you have to patient. Pray, be specific. He already knows what you need and want but he don't just step in without you asking Him for it. Some people say, ,"oh, something told me to do this or that" sweetheart it's the Holy Spirit talking to you. You just need to listen. God loves you and so do I and I don't know you. With you coming with an open heart, take it to God and He is waiting on you to come to Him. Watch the company that you keep and latch on to someone that loves the Lord and you will see. What others have be happy where you are in life, not saying to be stagnant but work on you to get higher. Only God can elevate you.

I strongly believe that God is within me. So when I think to hold the handrail and moments later, I trip and thankfully I was holding the rail, that is God. When I think to call someone or go someplace other than what I initially planned, that inclination is the God within me speaking to me. Therefore, God speaks to me (to all of us) everyday. I think we have been conditioned to think that the voice is grand, epic or monumental or outside of us. Sometimes when people say “ God said this..” and “God said that..” it really don’t be God at all it be their own thoughts or it could be the devil. If you have the Holy Spirit living inside of you, then you’ll know when God is talking and when he’s not. There won’t be a question. The voice matches the character. I’m not saying God can’t speak to those without the Holy Spirit, BUT it makes it a lot easier to discern what’s Him and what’s not. When God speaks He speaks confirming scripture. I usually hear God during my morning prayer time. Especially when I pray in the spirit I become very sensitive to his voice. So even throughout the day I can hear that still small voice inside of me that speaks and directs my path. It truly is a beautiful thing! My bishop always says that God is constantly speaking to us but are we listening, lol and sometimes I find myself so busy that I don't take the time to listen. However, the more time I spend with him the more I know his voice. Such a wise conversation. I was called to this vlog at an opportune time. God’s voice is inside of us because we were created in God’s image. It’s a process and faith move to discern God’s voice for your uniqueness. It does cost you to have this privilege. But the cost benefits us so much more. 😊 I would say learn God’s character and you will probably say God’s been speaking to me all along. God speaks to us in so many ways. Start caring about the things God cares about. When you start investing in who you are and who’s you are, God will meet you there. I sense God even when I don’t hear God’s audible voice. I love this convo sis💞 I’ve only heard Gods voice strongly once and he woke me up and I had to write down what he said. He speaks to me through my intuition every blue moon. Don’t get discouraged if you can’t hear his voice. I grew up extremely active in the church and never heard him speak until now at 29. Practice finding peace and sit still (slow down) in order for him to come to you. Keep the faith and stay motivated to your faith and improving your life and God will show up.
