Analyzing this as an American lawyer, there is no way any court in it's right mind would enforce a provision in a will giving a multi-national corporation to a dog. Legally, pets are considered property, so you can't leave things to them any more than you can leave things to your car. If Saito sued his grandfather's estate to invalidate the will and be reinstated as heir, he would almost certainly win in these circumstances, assuming he is the next of kin.
