My son lives in Madison Wisconsin and the highlight of every visit (besides being with him) is the cheese!! The very best cheese in the land!!! I bring lots home! Might have to make a trip to the Castle. And yes....the cheese curds.....YUUUMMMM. BTW, I love swiss cheese!

The blueberry cobbler cheese is fantastic! Pair it with hot honey or a meat and omg so good! I don’t like blueberries or stuff in my cheese but it is fantastic!!

I love Swiss cheese as well!🧀🧀 I've been ordering aged sharp cheddar from Gardner's of WI. Their 7 year aged is excellent and am getting ready to try the 13 year one. I would have spent a fortune at the cheese castle 🏰 . Glad you had fun as always ‼️

I’m still watching you eat cheese, but wanted to say, yes, I love Swiss cheese! I had cheese curds for the first time a couple of weeks ago at the beach. Oh my goodness!!! Best thing ever! I was Born and raised in Chicago and going to u.p. Every year I have been there many times for cheese ( before they built new castle) and I loved going to osh gosh to buy my kids clothes from osh gosh by gosh store ..oh memories ❤

I love baby swiss cheese. I agree with you misty, I don't like stuff in my cheese. My favorite has always bee6a good extra sharp cheddar unless I'm eating on sandwich.

Ok so the fried cheese curds part made me really hungry! 😄 I'm Italian, so I like mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheeses the most. Other cheeses not so much, but melted is good on sandwiches, like cheddar, jack and Swiss. But I'm very picky. Cheese always has to be hot & melted for me. I won't eat ANY kind of cheese cold ever! 😄And, Misty, I agree with you 💯-- I do NOT want "stuff" in my cheese. 😜 Anyway great video, with good History info on the Cheese Castle! 🧀 🏰

My husband loves baby swiss cheese. I am more of a colby jack cheese person. We used to make yearly trips to N. Dakota when I was young, and we would always stop in Wisconsin and get cheese. Happy memories.😊😊😊

I LOVE cheese! Saw a man with a La Vache Qui rit- shirt. Now I want one too!!!! Iff you want to taste beers come to Belgium, more then 300 kinds of beer! I m trying A pink Delerium beer today, drunk after just 4 sips, I m not trained at all oh ooow!!! I like mustard cheese and herbal cheese and goatsheese too I prefer the simple cheeses too. Some cheeses I cant digest. I have to carefull with cheeses too woow Stout is to heavy for my poor liver Honestly I prefer Hollandish and French cheese I love smelly cheeses. MMMmmm Chaumes! I grew up eating grilled swiss cheese with peanut butter sandwiches. Not sure where that came from but it honestly is a little strange tasting but think of how much extra protein you get, lol. No weirder than peanut butter and banana sandwiches...lol

I don't like beer either, I usually drink white wine. But I do like kriek beer (Cherry beer) or raspberry beer. This beer tastes nice and sweet and you hardly taste the typical bitter taste of the beer. I live in Belgium, I don't know if you have beer like this in the US. "Kriek Lindemans" ( cherry beer) or " Fromboise Lindemans "( raspberry beer) and " Kriek Liefmans on the rocks" ( cherry beer) are delicious and definitely recommended if you ever have the chance to taste them! Belgium is known for its beers 😃 🍻 😘 💗
