The art style is quite similar to Sable. I wonder if there's a name for that style? They don't seem to be made by the same developers.

It's broadly just called Cel Shading when it comes to games using a bold outlined cartoony look, but this and Sable's actual style look inspired a lot by the artist Moebius. Not sure if there's an official name for that style, psychedelic sci-fi surrealism?
