In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend's lists - but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.
After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew - and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.

Hello Rick & Andrea! You both make really nice, informative & very helpful vidoes. I’ve watching your vidoes since my son boarded Costa Smeralda to work. It’s been a couple of months now & he wants to explore the places where the ship docks. One would be Marseille. In your video, you mentioned that you were dropped off at the mall. Thank you so much! We just disembarked the Smeralda maybe we have met your son! What does he do on board? The bus gets back from the same place that they drop off. But we know that Costa has a bus for crew members.

Hi Guys! Geez, how did you get so lucky with so few people waiting for the bus? My goodness, when me and my family were there in January it took us over an hour to get on the bus and there were so many people waiting and so much chaos! Btw, thanks for all your helpful tips about Italy - we used a bunch in our travels 🙂

@@TravelAddictsLife I have now returned to my ship and the verdict is …..YEAY …. 10 Marks out of 10. Here’s how we went … 1) Got off the ship and found the green line. 2) Followed it to the bus. 3) The bus was spot on time. 4) Got off the bus and made a mental note of where to get back on 5) Did Marseille 6)Retraced our steps. N.B. The security guard on the return trip needed us to show our ship swipe cards.So have it handy. Easy and many thanks to you for your tips. I am from Australia and owe you a beer. Between my husband and I you saved us 32€ … about 45 Aussie Dollars. So when you come to Australia hit us up for a cold brew. Best Wishes. Vic

Great video! And once the free shuttle drops you off at the city center, how far is it to go to the train station? By metro? I think it’s great to take the train to go to Aix en Provence less than one hour. It’s a great side trip! I hope you can have a video on that. Thank you!
