I have the late British original, but the reissue has a sharper sound. Even so, I think it's amazing that you can get a Marshall sound with this small pedal. I think that modern digital emulation is amazing, but as an old man in his 50s who had ridiculed the digital smell of the early days, the fact that this sound is achieved with analog circuits is a commitment or a craftsmanship. feel.

Not much tonal difference. The vintage one has a touch less bite resulting in a slightly darker tone which can be attributed to aging electronics that have been used over time. Give the reissue ten years and it would sound identical.

I think the original has a bit more bottom end

According to Marshall they're exactly the same so there shouldn't be much of a difference
