Marshawn is soooooo Bay Area, it's not even funny. His mannerisms, his vocabulary, his life philosophy, the Bay Area twang when he speaks. He's the very definition of a Bay baller. As fellow Oakland flatlander, I salute a local kid made good o7 Also two native Northern California dudes sitting there chopping game. Love it!

The WORSTplay call in Super Bowl history that cost the Seahawks the championship and eventually produced a total lack of trust and confidence in head coach Pete Carroll that caused the break up of one of the best defensive teams in NFL history. There wasn't a player on both teams or a single person in the hundreds of millions of fans watching on television or in that stadium didn't that knew Beast Mode was getting the football at the one yard line because the Patriots defense couldn't stop him all game. Seahawks QB Russell Wilson should have called a audible, call Beast Mode's number and let him win the Super Bowl and deal with the consequences later with head coach Pete Carroll who would have quicky realized that Wilson's audible was the correct play call. But everyone also knew that coach Carroll and Commissioner Roger Goddell didn't want Beast Mode to be the Super Bowl MVP because he was a thorn in the side of the NFL because of his offsetting behavior and I just don't give a damn attitude towards the media that would be a hard sell by the league to promote and support him in the aftermath of their Super Bowl win with advertisers like Disney World while hoping that Russell Wilson would win the game on that slant pass, win the MVP and become the darling of the NFL during the off-season and beyond. Coach Carroll played politics and he got burned and that awful decision cost him the best defense in today's NFL and a team if they had won, would have won at least two more Super Bowls.

Pete Carroll was satisfying the NFL wishes. No way the league would allow a back to back super bowl for a black QB or team and that's what he left out of his interview. . He was such a positive spirit. But in the end the truth will be exposed.
