Great recipe ❤ My kids loved it. I added rose essence and mixed in marachino cherries and cashew crunch to the pink layer. I added pistachio essence and mixed in chopped fresh Pineapple and crushed roasted pistachios to the green layer, and also topped with more crushed pistachios. It's so delicious. This is going to be my go to dessert. As a kid I loved this dessert and now I am able to make it for my own kids. Thanks Anoma!

aunty this is such a good recipe. I made it once earlier and craving it now again, but my worry is that I am pregnant now, and I fear it might be unsafe to eat uncooked eggs. But I am craving pudding so much and I remember how tasty this is. What would u say in a situation like this? I thought to put it in oven at about 200 F for 10 mins before freezing the whole thing. Hopefully it will not ruin it(?) lets see. :)
