I love chargers, especially the lights, and just love how beefy they are but I settled for a 6th gen Camaro because of all the muscle cars it ironically has the most aftermarket parts availability, and they are easy to do LS swaps with an event of a motor blowing

my charger blew up in 2019, it was a gorgeous white 2013 r/t. so ik i just downgraded by buying a 2006 sxt, but it was from a police auction and has fully tinted windows, police bar, etc and was only $2k. it’s now my baby and i love her so much, i can’t wait to do more work to her

Massive changes have done little to improve the appearance of the car. Small subtle changes well-executed to improve appearance rather than bizarre spoilers, goofy hoods, sunroof decals and racing stripes would be preferable. Stick to wheels, tires, fender flairs and slight lowering for a sharp looking car.

I love Chargers. Ever since I first saw one back in 2006 when I was 13 years old; I just loved how aggressive and cool they looked. Then when the 2011 through 2014 chargers came out, I like that one even more especially with that unique tail light on the back. I told myself that one day I will have it. I bought myself a 2013 charger SRT in 2017 with 23,730 miles. I was the second owner. Now it has 39,600 miles currently. And I finally paid it off. I’m going to keep it for long as I can. Eventually when I have enough money , I’m going to put a hellcat or demon engine into it. I’ll see though.

I got 2019 SXT. Want to do the supercharger mod. Some of there's are great, but I'd like my Charger to look like a proper muscle car. I don't really care for the street car look on a muscle car. If I had a Toyota or Honda I'd do this. Thinking of doing wide tires in the black. Putting a flare over the rear wheel well, but not the front. Possibly get a rear lift too. Ram air hood on front. Also a modified custom daytona wing on the back.

I got so lucky with both my 2018 and 2022 chargers. Both found almost exactly as I’d order it especially the 2022. 2018 destroyer grey premium package loaded beats audio nappa alcantara. 2022 Harmon kardon, premium smoke show grey, carbon stripes, carbon leather interior dash etc, super track back on both, and the 2022 had a spare tire. I got lucky, 10 days from now dodge will stop taking custom orders. Good luck

The louvers weren’t to help with glare on old mustang fast backs. It was put on because it made the car sweltering inside and anyone who rode in the rear was getting burned….

If you want longer lasting tires, then Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 However I put on some Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires on my Daytona this summer and while they are a dedicated summer tire it was the best tire I used so far they hooked like crazy

Tire size on the scat pack the max you can really go is 275s (you have a 20x9 inch rim I believe) so if you want wider tires like 295-315 in the back you’d need bigger rims). For 275 you want 275/40/20

I bought a 08 charger srt8 with 60,000kms/37,000miles last July. It is completely stock other than a K&N intake, will add a flowmaster exhaust later. I like it the way it is stock except for the factory hids which is crap, will change this summer with led projectors. I put on 255/45/20 all around. Splitters, wicker wing things, diffusers are kinda silly looking and stripes look ok depends on the color but to me it's a dated styling. It does look good on some cars don't get me wrong but just not for me.

@FoolVille Yes, I do. Added a Pypes street pro exhaust and a diablosport trinity 91 tune. And most importantly, there are absolutely zero exterior mods. Got 56k miles(90k kms) on it now. Also, I put in led projectors in the low beams, way better.

Nice greetings from Bavaria & a proud '06 Daytona, Top Banana owner now👋🍀😉 I've wrote you many coments to different Videos of you...the latest one i've wrote you to the sadly, 1st Video of the lost valve seat rings at your Daytona....😓 But you've never wrote to my coments and i ask me why, because at the latest coment about the lost valve seat i've told you a lot different things about that, and why that could be/what could be the problem of lost valve seats.... How it is about your Daytona? Is the HEMI repaired or still in the machine shop to fix that??? My Daytona has ~132.000 / ~222.000km in the click, is also a 2006 and i'm very afraid about that issue of lose valve seats, "HEMI tick" or something else like that now. When i've bought it, i was not knowing about that issues or even that this problems aren't so rare at these Eagle HEMI's of 2006. I've got my Daytona from North Carolina in a great condition, but it was Not driven for a long time i think, because the Body has that typical dirt of a longer rest in the outside without use... oil looks very old and it was under the Safe marking what made me afraid and angry about that, that the seller sold it to me without filling up the oil before the beauty was going on the Ro/Ro vessel to germany. So the Car was driving on own power at that time with the motoroil under the Safe marking.... It runs very nice and it listen very quiet, i really hope the HEMI hasn't got issues of the low Motor oil.... However, i asked you about If you could tell me if 19×10.5 rims at Front-& rearend will fit flush to the '06 LX Platform Charger Daytona (22 Offset)....with 255/45 at the frontend and 285/40 at the rearend... I've bought VORS TR4 wheels in that Size, because i love this Styling of these rim. And i think that it's a really different coice at these Charger, too I've also got BC Racing Coilovers, and i think that this Daytona with the VORS TR4 in 19×10.5 could get style a little like the Challenger Demon, because the rims are also glossy black, are VERY concave and because these are 19 and not 20" rims, i could choose tires with a little more Sidewall. (Not a must, because i've the coilovers i also could use tires with less Sidewalls and screw the car lower...) Whatever, now i've Not got any answer of you If the 19×10.5 , 22 Offset rims could fit flush to the 06 Charger, (especially at the frontend) what is sad.... I really really hope the rims fit flush. 10.5 wide rims at the frontend is a wide choice i think.... Have a great day and i hope you'll answer me, please 😉🍀👋

Mostly just about trial and error and the size/width of the rims you have. No clear range. Then there are things like spacers. Do you have AWD or RWD, I can try to help I’ve experimented a ton on my 09 sxt

@@FlapSmear78 yes absolutely that fits you just will need 20x9” rims (could get away with 20x8 too). You can even do 275s in the back with zero modifications at all, probably 255-265 front max with no mods.

I edfn love my mini v8 charger this sxt is so fun it's gonna smoke any muscle car v8 from 0 to 70 maybe 90 but your v8 starts to open up and I lose gain but still if we racing in town I'm gonna own you unless your lighter then me. I love v6 the VVL Shines in lower speeds but I want to see if it's possible to make a 3.6L VVL V6 keep up with a v8 at high speeds idk I'm still doing research

Good Morning & nice greetings from Bavaria (Germany) ! I´ve a QUESTION about WHEELS... Hope to get a answer of you?! :) I´ll choose a little taller tires at the rearend rims. And i think you know about that the ABS and VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) can make problems if you´ve tires in tooo different diametres between the axles at the most cars.... And my question is, how big the difference of the diametre can be between front and rearend (at best in %) without get problems in the ABS/VSC at the 2006 Dodge Chargers, Especially R/T & Dytona if this makes any different.... It´s because I´ll use a little special mod about rim and tire size at a 2006 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona. What is not so common on this Chargers. I´ve bought VORS TR4 rims in 19x10.5" with a offset of 22 for front & rearend. (Do you know what size spacers i should choose at the frontend when the 10.5" Rim has a offset of 22mm? Because the rims are on the way to me and i´m very sure about that i´ve to use little spacers at the frontend that the wheels would not rub inside... And if you know how big the spacers should be in this case that was great.) But i´ll use a staggered tire size between front and rearend at the same rims. At the frontend i´ll use 255/45 R19 to get a little stretched tire style... At the rearend i´ll use 285/40 R19 to get a more square or even meaty tire style... In this case there isn´t any different in the diametre between front and rearend wheels and the ABS/VSC can´t make any problem. But i was looking for 285/45 R19 tires for the rearend instead the 285/40. What makes the tire larger in diametre and there is a different between front and rearend wheels...and then there is the question how big that different in % can be without making problems in the ABS/VSC System. Do you know something about? Yes, i´ve choosennthis rims in 19" because i would get a style what´s a little in the style of the Dodge Challenger Demon style. So the rims are also very concave and glossy black. And the tires has a littlehigher sidewalls. What´s nice for a little more compfort and also good against wear of the bushings and something else like that. So the theorie! ;) It was a very more easy way to go with 20" wheels but hey, i´m a specialist for special mods on special or rare cars. So i´m the guy what isn´t even go the common way because it´s nice to make something with a little special i think. All about mods is special, yes. But i´m also a guy that is working on cars since 2004 and because for example i use/d Alfa Romeo what are great cars in Motorsport/Track use and many more, i had to find the most ways for modding by myself and so i learned a lot. And when you know something about that what i´ve asked you here, that was great because then i could choose the right spacers and tires now, before the rims arrive me... :) Cheers Till
