As we speak Stellantis shuffled their execs around and had to shut down production because dealers were refusing more stock. How is that healthy exactly? Jeep has always been simple rugged designs, you can't sell complicated Jeeps to the loyalists that take them miles from anyone and then build it with questionable quality and have people coming back for more. The looks and hatch utility are great and being offered in 2 and 4 door versions adds options for everyone. Lots of performance features for drag, road and track use or hooning as well as AWD switchable to RWD means better launches and foul weather traction or fun as wanted. The buyers will mostly have to come from non-traditional sources, not the usual crew of Mopar fanatics. 2) Of all the media personalities that are covering the new Charger, it's my opinion that you do the best of bringing the details out in a non-biased way. 3) Despite the negativity about these cars, and trust me, I didn't think I'd ever give up my Scat Challenger....I like the body design of these cars. There is nothing out there that looks like the new Charger. So, do I buy one because no one else will and it will be unique? OR do I buy one because Dodge may go out of business and I'll have one of the last of the Dodge brand before they get hated out of business? I think I'll pass on the artificial sound though.

@@Fade2BlackSSV6 charger with awd was atleast 2-300lbs lighter. The hurricane is heavier than the pentastar but is nowhere near as heavy as the V8s so if the car itself isn't too heavy then it could sit in between the V8s/V6 models.

Looks sweet. BUT, it is a paradoxial ride. Peeps interested in hybrids or electric cars are not interested in 1/4 mile times, donuts, peel-outs or anything like that. Peeps into all that racy stuff are into combustials. Sooooo we will see. Paradoxial.

Kuniskis murdered dodge and then spat on its grave. Mustang is the only option left

No, election day is another option. Drill baby drill

That's the one hope we have. Otherwise Mustang will likely lose the V8 also.

I'm sad that the HEMI V8 is gone, but thankful that the new Charger offers a gas engine and not an EV only. I will grow to like the new I6 TT I believe it has great potential, while it will never sound as beautiful as the V8 it will be better than fake Electric noise.

I don‘t like the fratzog logo on the cars. Looks to me dodge does not know what to use, pentastar, Ram Head, Crosshair, just the name, two bars on the hornet and now the fratzog. They should have kept the RAM head.

Nope. Not interested in a golf cart and having to buy the ability to turn on and off functions . Should be able to spin tires and throw the car around from the factory. I’m in hopes the ev craze will stop this from happening in the long run for every manufacturer.

I doubt it. The two door Charger eliminates the need for a Challenger in the line up.

Let's not forget that these cars no longer offer a V8 option despite the Ford Mustang still offering V8 models.

Would never buy the electric version but the gas versions are somewhat interesting . Have to see how it sounds and see them in person

The new charger should brought back the pursuit versions since the cops wouldn't mind have the EV and SixPack I6 versions to chase down the suspects, even useful for stealth missions and similar things to the potential new Durango since I am very curious to see what the final production design looks like in the coming months.

The rear of the car is stunning but something odd is going on with the front. Either the headlights or light bar is to much for me

It may look a LOT better if they dropped it about 2 inches.

That charger in triple nickel is it. I've never been a fan of silver cars but for some reasons chargers and challengers can pull it off.
