6:02 I once played in a Lucina ditto and the other guy loved wavelanding on battlefield platforms in neutral. It literally never put him in a good position and I got three direct punishes off of them, one for the game. That was the first wavelander I've fought and it felt pretty good

He's not underrated, literally everyone always agrees he's top tier, he's just not that fun to play as optimally. Sure, you can opt to be aggressive, you can do that for any zoner, but that does come at the cost of him not being nearly as good as he is when he just constantly nukes the whole stage.
