It’s funny , 5 years with this company and this video was the first time I have ever seen Randy Marten , what does that say about the company, I would like to ask him , is it his rule to get a driver home for home time by midnight the day a driver wants to be home ? I wonder if I will get a answer !

my company is a local milk hauler he has been buying T880's. im driving a 2017 T880 day cab 18 speed manual. it has 53K on it. it sure is a nice truck. the T680 is nice for what it does. two different trucks for two different types of applications, T680 for over the road, and T880 for vocational..... milk hauling, construction, ect ect.

Just another Truckload carrier with a 100% plus turnover rate. They need revolving style doors at their terminals because of the turnover. They will charge you for all costs related to orientation, meals, lodging, DOT physical and drug screen. When they decide to terminate your employment they will route you hundreds of miles (thousands) to a terminal that needs a truck. You are then on your own as to getting your gear and yourself back to your home Terminal. They hype money and benefits, but at the end of the day you will give a lot of your labor away for free. Do some internet research on these scum bags.

Was terminated unjustly by those dishonest, inconsiderate, excuse maker people at Marten. I was living in Arlington Texas when I was fired. They decided to fire me on the the eighth of September 2011, the load that I was delivering from Texas to Memphis went right by the area that I lived, Marten didn't inform me that I was fired until the next day when I arrived in Memphis. Then it was up to me to get my gear from Memphis to Arlington. They waited until I arrived in Memphis to fire me as they needed my truck in Memphis. They're indeed a very dishonest, disrespectful, hostile, unconcerned, concerned about themselves only people.

So I take don't go and drive for these asshats I drove for western express USA Truck back to western express cause I'm close to Allentown Pennsylvania...The more I research companies they seem to be all the same but welfare Express did me dirty Bloomington California to avenal NJ didn't take an advance wish I did anyway my last check from California to NJ was 375.32

More than likely Randy Marten wasn't aware that you were terminated. I highly doubt he is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. ESPECIALLY driver relations. Sorry you lost your job though

DO SOMETHING WITH QUALITY CONTROL OF YOUR DEALERS!!! IT SEEMS THAT ANY SCUMBAG CAN BE THE ONE AND KENWORTH don't care who represent them and their service! Want to report about "PERFORMANCE Kenworth" in North Houston, Texas. They got our truck in a shop for 20 days and after they so called fixed in 150 miles new and old problems start to pop up and we have feeling that the truck never been fixed and we just got SCUMED. Many people complain about them but you keep doing business with them. And you don't have any type of contact, where truck owners can report bad service. So its looks like bad customer care!

Amen to that! Like you said, go to the dealership with one problem and get it back with different problems. They tend to use a lot of coolant. Also, many gremlins in the electrical system.
