She performed this last night in London, with Barenboim conducting the Staatskapelle Orch. It was magical and they received a prolonged standing ovation from the ecstatic audience. It was a great privilege for me to be there and I shall remember it always as one of the highlights of my musical life.

Marvelous! And if Ms Argerich is concerned, as she stated in her daughter's DVD, about (perhaps) not being so 'crispy' at the keyboard as she once was, well___ she certainly has not a thing to worry about! Being of a similar age group I can relate to what she says, Many aspects of our lives deteriorate but her performance most certainly has NOT. I'm not a great LVB fan (please don't everyone jump on me at once!) but this rendition is absolutely the 'Bees Knees'! She hasn't lost her shine!!

C'est absolument génial!! quelle intelligence!! mais par contre je déplore un peu et même beaucoup la prise de son! on dirai que le piano a été pris à part et qu'on a rajouté une vieille bande son d'orchestre! L'orchestre est peu flou aussi par rapport aux notes cristalines de Martha Argerich...
