The Egg Sandwich has always been a favourite of mine, I likeca nicevthin slice of tomato on it, and I've used different types of cheese, depth on what I had on hand.... Swiss or Cheddar are also very good on this Sammich. :)

I make an avocado Mayo blend, and never use iceberg lettuce. I use romaine or green leaf lettuce because it is higher in nutrients.

Watched one of your vids yrs ago for arugula,garlic an butter , it's delicious by the way an for some reason this is the first since and i have missed out it seems , sandwiches look great , to the comment the chicken didn't look done i say always use a thermometer in your kitchen anyway those people you poison could be your next in-laws an yours looked perfectly done , just did two the same way day before yesterday, they looked the same an the temp was 165 after resting for whatever that's worth, k going to look over your recipes an Thx :)

It was a tall sandwich!! Usually a club sandwich is cut into 4 triangles after assembling it. That might help.

Here's a tip....Don't touch raw chicken then put that same hand back in the salt container. That's a no-no.

Martha contaminated the salt when she put her fingers in the salt and then turned the chicken over with that hand and dipped her fingers back into the salt. Some chefs would fire kitchen staff for doing that.
