I love Ginger cookies. My mother gave us ginger cookies with dried apricots! My German aunt made gingerbread. This looks like the best recipe ever. Must try this recipe.

I love molasses cookies. My G’ma , born in 1898, a prairie one room school teacher, before marrying a farmer, would make cookie balls, put them on a sheet, then let us push them down by taking a fork, dipping it in sugar, pushing the cookie down, then doing it again crosswise. They didn’t last long. She’d also wack off a Chickens head, and serve it for supper, then in the fall, tie her youngest to her older daughter, while she went into the fields and picked acres of corn by hand. Oddly enough, my other G’ma was similar, except she didn’t ever make cookies, or teach school. The next generation of women were really different, as her older daughter worked as a Rosie riveter in an airplane factory during WWII, and the other gmas niece was once the National Women’s Real Estate agent of the year, like a rural to urban flip. I prefer the country, and like your gardening tips too.

Martha Martha Martha. ❤ listen im over here 2 years from 60. But you. You. Wow look at you over there at 80. Not to mention at 80. Cooking like that alot of 80 year Olds can't even remember what they had for breakfast much less gourmet cook. I'd say the botox has done its job. But I can't. Really, she is 80? She does not look like it....guess it's money.....we know she has that.....but she earned it honestly I'd say.....so many are jealous of her like they were of someone else I know with initials djt.....I think got a dirty deal, she did not deserve what happened to her but it's over and she did not let it wear her down.... I love to watch her cook and she does it so well.....the best that I've known....I do watch a couple of cooks on YT and I'd say they are great cooks also....and has class, just like Martha does..... love you Martha and keep up the good work....I want to make every recipe you make and I end up not making any yet.....but I have good intentions.....I just need the energy to do it.....it wears me out just to watch you and you do it so easily.....but I'd have to clean up all those dishes and I need a sous chef & dish washer & maid......so I'm still holding out to win the lottery then I will....lol...doesn't cost a penny to dream..... love these cookies she makes....don't think I have seen her bake a bad thing....and everything is so perfect ....and you can tell she loves to do it.....you are the best Martha.....

How many minutes do you bake the cookies for?

Bake for 12 - 14 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through, until the cookies are flat and their edges are dark golden brown.
