In the years of your training, you have gleaned Much; Even the Physiology of Fitness/Martial Arts. These are valuable tips that needed to be addressed. As usual, Adam... Well done!

But Obviously, we're talkin' about ADVANCED techniques here. It takes a TON of practice to master this move in an ACTUAL confrontation.

So you are teaching people how to defend in the chaos of a real fight by having to perfectly adjust rotation and position. So if they miss by few degrees or few centemeters defence fails. And this has to be achieved for the single move.

You really are slow, aren't you ? Or maybe you are not a native English speaker & it's difficult for you to understand what Adam explained?

How can someone make something so simple, so complicated? Pay attention please! He was showing an angle difference of the "hand" that was pretty much 90° and the angle is not even that unatural for the hand to be in and the movement of the arm is not very complicated and still practised a lot. A boxing punch is a lot more complicated to get right and I'm sure you never whine about boxers having to do complicated twists, turns and rotations with the legs, torso and arms to get the right rotation and angle for the fist to connect and translate the momentum from the ground into the oponent. The second aspect was to use the area of the arm closer to your elbow. This is pretty much an elbow strike against a whole arm, which is a pretty long target usually. Also yes, Martial Arts techniques can fail easily if done incorrectly, which is why Martial Artists practice a lot to get it right. Also he is talking about a technique from a hakka style of fighting. The hakka were nomads in China who had to defend themselves against Non-Hakka people because they weren't liked much and attacked often. So this has been used in many fights so successfully that the people using it survied so well that he could learn it from his ancestors and can show it around on youtube. I don't know if your bar for what counts as a real fight has any validity, but I think people fighting for their lives and well being should be real enough.

@@aidenfisher5679 How do you know that?

@@aidenfisher5679 I don't remember anyone claiming that they had any military that was glorious in any way. I only remember that Hakka fist is a collection of family/clan fighting systems that were developed not to run around bragging and looking for glory. It was for self defense, self preservation. Which makes sense considering that other Chinese tried to kill them. .Also Hakka are from north China originally, so technically they are native Chinese too. Also Adam didn't claim that Hakka has a definitive connection to Wing Chun. He only said that he noticed some similarities in the philosophy and principles and way of fighting and is suggesting that it could have been that the Hakka fist arts could have influenced, inspired or be partly the origin of what Wing Chun has become. Also saying it could be beneficial for a Wing Chun Practitioner to learn about the Hakka fist teachings. How do you know Hakka fists are grounded in shaolin?

@@aidenfisher5679 You are claiming something so it is on you to deliver the evidence. Where are your documents? Sure, if a boxer gets slaughtered by a knight in armor, then boxing must be shit and of no use. I'm not defending him and he is not my idol. That is just an assumption you made. Also please enlighten me. Where specifically did I change the meaning of your words and how did it change what you intended? I'm just questioning your claims. It is possible that it hadn't any influence. It is also possible it had. Not much is known about the origin of Wing Chun. It is mostly anecdotal and metaphors. So just stories in your words. People who researched about it seem to agree that the only historical documents about the origins point to the Red Opera Boats.
