So glad I've stumbled upon this. I've trained for over 30 years. I'm 52 now and my body hurts. I have to learn to recover more between workouts.

Philosophy is what Bruce and Dan lived by. It was Philosophy that ultimately saved Shannon Lee's life after her depression when Brandon died.

Thanks Dan Inosanto for the information on aging ....and for the great question from Diana Lee. Very philosophical answer and practical. I do the T-25 workouts. Downward dog is part of it!! Wil continue this. Exercise and recovery is the key. My dad is 91 and done well. He exercised in his later life. Guess that is the key. And to recover properly.
