I need this officer to protect me and ensure British law to keep order in this country, not to enforce some sort of Islamic blasphemy laws. This is why I believe we need to go back to the old method of arming police, guns are locked in the boot of strategic cars, only way to unlock is with permission of a senior officer chief inspector or higher and whilst locked away the old bill are just old bill and have to do their duty as unarmed officers. I believe like in the thumbnail, where a plod has his finger alongside his weapon is menacing deliberately on those who cannot defend against an armed attack and as we saw with Couzen's, the police DO abuse their firearms powers but because they kept the probability that Sarah Everard was held at gunpoint out of the media, they get to menace innocent people daily.
