Autumn 🍁🍁🍁Rains, the golden ferns , and trees becoming bare again. Water management and planning. Good to see all the progress , and friends sharing in the journey. Here in Idaho we get cold to -10F. Terrible for car batteries. I remove and put on trickle chargers, and top them every few weeks All winter. Rover battery will last longer, and be fully charged when needed. 👍👍, Be blessed brother Martijn, a wonderful video.

Martijn, please do take it easy. I have noticed that the pace this year has been much more frantic. I recently rewatched from the beginning and you had a much more _slow and steady_ approach to it at first. It looked to me like you took more trips, spent more time relaxing, painting, going for (apparently) longer walks as you explored your new environment, and so on. It's understandable that you seem to be doing less recreational stuff now; you're familiar with the local environment, there are fewer novelties. Also, the first cabin's "end" has been in sight, so it was only natural to up the work pace a bit to "finish things off". However, when we do a lot of that, it becomes the norm … and you can fail to notice that you're eroding the ideals that brought you here in the first place. So, please: take time off, take time out to enjoy yourself and the local environment. Relax. 🙏🙇

bon jour! la montagne offre des paysages "à couper le souffle", tant le brouilard peut être dense, ou tant la pluie peut tomber "à saut"!! ..... vous avez bien fait de faire "des tranchés" pour évacuer l'eau de votre route! on est obligé de se soumettre au temps qu'il fait! une sorte de sagesse s'en dégage! n'oublier pas de fermer votre puoulallier, le renrad lui n'oubliera pas!!!!!

Als dat papieren zakken zijn waar de cement in zit, worden ze hard alleen al door de lucht vochtigheid. En ik vraag me af, waarom je geen dakgoten aan de gebouwen maakt ( behalve boven je open haard hout ) ? Je loopt zo te klooien met dat water tussen de gebouwen in.
