Wow! How long have you been a landlord at this location? We are in Delaware and after 3 years we have one set out of 18 nesting boxes. They have made a nest…hopefully still time for fledgling.

I have been at this location for 22 years and I didn’t have any birds for the first 5 years. Then a few started coming and it grew to about 15 pairs. The Troyer gourds are the best. I bought the rack system about 2 years ago and every gourd has birds nesting in them. I will be posting a video of this year soon.
