Would have liked to have heard more technical questions, not so much about soccer or the weather in San Francisco. For example, which fibroblast genes/proteins are being used to count RNA (via RNA-SEQ) to predict biological age? Does it correlate at all with Dr. Horvath's DNA epigenetic clock? Or questions how it relates to Dr. Hetzer's other work... for example, when a cell divides, it temporarily silences all gene expression, and uses epigenetic bookmarks, to then remind the cell what it's function is. Is this mechanism missing from the nerve cells in the brain?
