Is the beach open to the public legally?

I believe so. The beach is public. The road is private and gated. Visitors park along the highway and walk to the beach.

Bear SF i just passed by today. I saw the gate was closed but people go over it. I wish they can open it so we can park on the beach just like old times.

It's a public road, residents just put a gate up with a passcode. It should be open now,

ive been to this beach once nearly fell to death twice here... would have been 75-80 foot fall....had to go to moss beach instead was easier to get into water there
