I love all your planners; you give me such inspiration. I use my notes pages to break down my workout, I write out my sets and reps and weight that I plan to do and what I actually do. I also record my "body thoughts" so to speak. just a small not on level of soreness, muscle engageness/activation and if I think I'm ready to progress if I didn't feel as challenged as I would have liked.
