If at least he did 225kg the first time he benched, the other results would have been more believable. Many strong people would be able to do 225lbs bench first time. When you are heavy and do push-ups, such weight is not a problem, when you are lighter in bodyweight, a 100kg bench is quite a heavy weight for a beginner with lifting weights.
