You are quite correct. My grip training program involves a tube of old toothpaste, a half-full jam jar and heavily soiled laundry. The secret is to squeeze the toothpaste tube from the middle (thumb under index finger), run the jam jar under hot water first (vary the temperature and time to vary the resistance) and to start by picking up socks and underwear first (make sure they are dry). The results are an irate girl friend, watered down jam and a bunch of jeans still laying on the floor. I don't take my girlfriend too serious though because she squeezes the toothpaste tube from the end (pu**y), eats half-the -sugar jam (and she never tightens the lid completely) and only picks up her own cloths (mostly made of chiffon, silk and fine cotton).

If at least he did 225kg the first time he benched, the other results would have been more believable. Many strong people would be able to do 225lbs bench first time. When you are heavy and do push-ups, such weight is not a problem, when you are lighter in bodyweight, a 100kg bench is quite a heavy weight for a beginner with lifting weights.
