Queensryche canceled? How did they handle the refunds since Marty Friedman played?

Queensrÿche cancelled minutes before their set was supposed to start. Wilton came out onstage and said on Monday the band's tour manager will be figuring out a plan for when to reschedule the show, most likely at the end of the tour. All tickets will be honored, and those that can't make it will receive a refund. No mention of how Trauma or Marty Friedman will factor into this, but I imagine Marty's band are on work VISA's and will have to go back to Japan before any kind of make-up show can happen.
