We have just added the chickens to help us scale the micro farm here and slowly become more self-sufficient!

Your doing the best you can with limited money 💰 keep going I have limited money I love looking out my kitchen window and seeing 👀 my vegetable patch I feel rich. I am growing potatoes tomatoes 2 different kale carrots spring onions celery parsley silver beet chives . My mullberies tree is going good plums have flowers my apricots have lots on them fig tree doing well pear tree has flowers and I have five chooks. I work 30 hours a week in aged care and I'm doing this on my own. I tell my clients they love hearing about my garden.😊

I love it, supacoop compost. Edit ; now watching the rest, I also love the hay bale idea your chickens are definitely off to a great start. I'm going to be getting a few more bales tomorrow. 🤙🐓🐔🐣

For a water system I used a 20 litre black food grade bucket with the chicken drinker taps of eBay only needed to top up every few days, also same idea with maggot feeder with loads of how to vids on KZbin comes in handy for turning fish or old meat waste into food for hens

Hey Marty. Can you shop Amazon there? If so, maybe you could put up a link to a wish list that people could check out if that would help. I hope you're feeling ok. I'm looking forward to getting chickens again. My daughter and I sold them a year ago because I had nobody to care for them when I was away (I go to California each year for a few months to help with my 96 yr old mom). But I still have my coops and run.

Mate I sense you have a heap of stuff on your plate. Suggest for your own well being just tell us All that you may be off the air for x time and look after yourself and the planned projects. There are only 24 hours in a day and you're not 21 anymore. . I am cursed with a 6th sense. Do it right do it once works for me cheers ace
