@Saurabh that wasn't necessarily a Jimny move Urban buyers, who are most of the Thar buyers, were asking for it. Lower price, same swag. Though half off road capability which wont matter to them.

I think for the purpose of flat bed, thigh support in rear seats is less.....if they were extended, flat bed feature would have not been possible.

Jimny is better than Thar in every way except for the safety and engine power.. Even then, the power to weight ratio is at par with the Thar... 1. Better mileage 2. Better after sales 3. Much more reliable 4. Better resale 5. Better off road capabilities than the Thar 6. World wide recognition Another point to mention, most people just purchase the Thar just for it's road presence and spend most of their time in the city.. True and Hardcore off roaders and enthusiasts will surely go for the Jimny... Thar and Gurkha killer on cards with Suzuki ❤🔥👑💥💯

Hi, I would like to upgrade to 215/75/R15 AT from the stock tires. Would this cause any difference in the overall performance of the vehicle. Also I wanted to know that this being a new vehicle, would the wheel alignment post tire replacement be a difficult job ? I just don’t want to have any unnecessary problems on a new vehicle. Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

Hi Ayan. That’s a safe upsize. The difference in circumference is ~1.5% which is acceptable. Owing to the wider tyres, you might find the steering to be a tad heavier than stock. The added grip from the wider contact patch is always welcome both on and off road. Wheel alignment shouldn’t really be an issue. Take a test drive post the tyre swap to check if the vehicle is pulling to either side. Congratulations on the car. Hope this helps!

My suggestion - test drive the jimny as well. Jimny is not like a general comfort oriented family car. If you are looking for long journeys, go for sonet. If you want a bit of fun with off-road and not for long journeys, you can try jimny

@@suhailppskhan867 alright. If you think sonet meets your requirements, then you can take it. But my suggestion is to test drive as many vehicles as you can in the segment you are looking for. Brezza and nexon may be a good choice too!
