If you go back to the original movie concept of Dr Strange they could be using Nightmare who was the original villian and mashing it up with Emeral d Warloc. New Rockstar has an interesting theory the Teen might be Agathas child since Joe Locke was a huge fan cast. Theory: Maybe they will have Agathas child's soul posses and stabilize WIlliam Maximoff before he died and like the comics reincarnates into "BIlly Kaplan". There were hints that she abandoned her child through her first attempt of the witches road The press the cast has been doing has been hinting that the teen has less to do with Wanda and more connected to Agatha. but that could be a scarlet herring.

You must have had really low expectations. I thought it was awful. The stupid gay teen who is obviously Wiccan. The silly way those bad dark things walked slowly towards the house. The way they walked into the glowing basement, and the way the show literally has no male characters. Im bored, and Im tired of Agatha screaming and ranting.

i like the idea that the burned books in the library were the parts of the darkhold that agatha memorized, and they had been burned from her memory. implying even a memory of the darkhold is on some level a copy, and so they disappear with the rest of the copies.

They only were lost in her memory, that we know of. But 1 copy of the Darkhold still exists in the MCU. Dr. Strange has a photographic memory, so the book is embedded in his mind. He can recreate the book to keep a copy in his sanctimonious library of knowledge.

@@BlackLotusFlame it was implied all copies were destroyed. i think it's safe to say that any parts that Strange had memorized were destroyed too. there's been no evidence to suggest he still remembers anything he read from the darkhold.

My theory is that Wanda's spell is not on Billy. It is on Agatha; AGATHA IS NOT TRULY FREE. She is on a leash but does not realize it. The show keeps having Agatha stop Billy from telling them who he is. I believe THEY will hear, but not Agatha, because she is STILL on a leash. My 2 cents.

I don't know if you planned to break down the end credits sequence in more detail, but right as they come on, there was a detailed description of why they took of there shoes. It says: "Ye shall remove your shoes before touching the hallowed ground. In order to connect to the power of the earth, you must touch your feet to the soil and channel her Divine magic through you. There should be nothing in between, no rubber or wood, not a sole, just your soul." I'm a huge Salem Witch Trials student.

I noticed that everytime Billy was introduced to a new Coven member Agatha cut him off and spoke for him as she doesn't want the other witches to know who he is as she'll want to use him for her own personal gain and doesn't want to share.

I bet the reason that Agatha walked the road the first time wasn't for the Darkhold, it was to bring her dead son back. In fact, by the end of the show we'll find out that all of Agatha's power draining was her attempt to gain enough power to bring her son back, ala What If Strange Supreme... before she was corrupted by the Darkhold and this show begins Agatha's redemption arc.

im pretty sure it’s confirmed that agatha will have some sort of redemption arc from one of the producers saying they didnt want to create a character thats just plain evil. they intend to make her have depth and possibly a good side to her. Im speculating it would be about her son

i dont think billy doesnt know. i think billy 100% knows. i think its something preventing Agatha from learning. When he says his name he seems to know it and thinks its heard, she just cant. And when he goes on later to talk about his past, she can hear everything normally but can't make out what he's saying. I think he knows and can say it but either her, or just anyone, isn't allowed to hear his personal information because of a spell.

I think what Agatha wants most is her son back, more than her powers and a coven of her own. I expect her to find a version of her son at the end of the road. But a version with a twist, probably.

Maybe she's not dead after all. Maybe she is just making YET ANOTHER attempt at getting what she wants by tricking Agatha into helping her walk the road. What did Agatha say in Wandavision; "...you don't know what you've done. You're gonna need me". Wanda needs the only witch to walk the road, so she extends the leash a little to make her think she is free. Agatha is off to the races like a good little puppy being taken for a walk, I think. Hmmm. Who knows.

You think they would make Billy the son of Agatha and Wanda? There are some reviewers saying it's Agatha's reincarnated son she sacrificed and others saying it's Wanda's son Billy. What if they actually make the truth a twist like you suggested. Here me out, imagine it turns out to be Agatha's son's soul in Wanda's son's body or vice versa. I'm just spit balling ideas on what the actual twist will be. I'm not Kevin Figie, so I'm expecting something clever while still keeps it interesting! I can't wait till the mystery is solved! I just hope it's not drug out till the Vision part of the Series. As aggravating as that would be it's not something that would make me stop watching

It MIGHT be him. They pointed to the idea that she sacrificed her son ... Aubrey asks if Billy is "another sacrifice" and she looks distraught by that, like her son was the first sacrifice. If they want to make Agatha a person who goes between villain to antihero in the MCU .. I think KILLING your son would make that difficult for viewers, but if he's trapped in her familiar with the possibility of coming back, then the villain to antihero concept would be more palatable for viewers.

There's a line about "Kooky" which is a reference to obviously Addam's Family (from their theme song). It's subtle, though. Morticia Addams, of course, is also a witch. There's a lot of little references to various TV shows throughout. On Nicholas Scratch's Award it says "Best Vocal Children's Concert Choir" which is also a reference to Nicholas Scratch from "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" who sings with Sabrina to save her life. "It is a universally acknowledged truth" is a reference to "Pride and Prejudice" the original goes: "It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune, must be in want of a wife." "I thought you turned into a pumpkin" Obvious reference to Cinderella. The painting is "MacBeth and the Three Witches." when "Teen" asks her why she keeps asking him about the painting.

William "Billy" Maxximoff., it's interesting how Billy says his name and backstory and they interesting ways of bleeping. I think the dead body in episode 1 is supposed to be Wanda. And the phantom Billy first sees before the Salem Seven appeared is his mom Wanda. I theorize the Scarlet Witch part of Wanda died and the mutant part of Wanda is still alive. Agatha seems to suspect that Billy is Wanda's son.

At the risk of sounding insanely old...Get a Clue was a Disney channel original movie in the early/mid 2000s with (of all people) Lindsay Lohan. Agatha did not trap Wanda in any spell. She hopped into the hex that Wanda had already cast. He he big reveal in WandaVision is that Wanda cast the hex in a moment of intense pain and grief and based her life on the American sitcoms she grew up watching.

It should be called "Wanda All Along" as there are so many references to Wanda. The spell on Billy is presumably simular to the one Dr Strange cast to make the multiverse forget Spiderman. Billy seems to recognise Senior Scratchy. I theorize the endgame is Billy resurrecting Wanda Maximoff-Scarlett Witch. Abrey Plaza is possibly either Morgon Le Fey or Mephisto's daughter.

I love the way Agatha the show isn't afraid of taking risks and going full weird, fully embracing witch culture with the utmost seriousness, and yet never afraid to poke fun at it either. I wonder if this is a result of Jac Schaeffer directing. Unlike WandaVision where Shakman ran the set, it seems she's in full showrunner control now, and the show feels a lot more lively and less restrained than other MCU streaming projects as a result.
