Playing story mode first is better because it teaches you how each character plays and you can decide who u want to play as . There were a couple of characters I wasn't a huge fan of until I used them more and got more upgrades fir them that's when they become way more op . Wen ur soloing stuff ur upgraded characters help you more and can stay alive longer before going downed

So because they have a different opinion they're lazy and slowminded? The combat is certainly not as deep as you're making it out to be. Also, everything is subjective. I personally think the game is hot garbage, a live service cash grab using beloved IP, boring over repetitive combat, battle passes for each character (very icky, cosmetic only means absolutely nothing and is a pathetic excuse for awful monetization), camera work is horrendous, characters are so boring and drab, writing is pretty weak in parts. Some good writing and set pieces here and there, and combat can be fun for about an hour or something.

Cheech Wizard Yes its combat “actually” requires timing to evade and counter-attack properly (hence the lazy part). Any other shit is just how much you are able to compreende and understand the combat-style and thats fine.

Full Game is a lot more fun than the Beta. Captain is a boss with all the cool ways you can throw the shield. I am experiencing a bug though and cannot finish the campaign. I get the loading screen but it never moves past it. I’m hoping they’ll fix this in a patch soon.

Additional tip: just grind iconic missions [number 1] for everyone, BW is the easyest, like he sayed take 5 stars rank and get legendary gear pretty much once maybe twice per run.

I prefer to upgrade gear just enough to get the benefits B4 switching it out for higher powered stuff. Got 4 out of 6 heros at level 50 above power level 55. Gamma rockets on iron man ftw Particle damage with power attacks for Hulk is also OP. My Black widow has a bunch of electric damage gear.

@@monkeyblackout HARM rooms 1 all the way through and 5 but you only do the first 1 to 3 stages then start again do iconic missions for gear as well and then the first hive helps too.

Since Cap is your main I've found it nice to lock onto one enemy with the shield then immediately kick it back as it hits more enemies quickly. It also stuns them a bit so you can actually hit them with your entire ranged combo.

I did a few side quests from the avengers characters i unlocked in the Story and i'm exploring the levels. Playtime so far for me is 13 hours in story mode and next is the last mission i think. If you are not rushing through like most youtubers the Story length is totally ok.

It's on the gear items.. not the label of stark or pym written on the picture of the gear. The actual symbol in the bottom right of the square when looking at the gear piece. The pym one is red and looks like molecules or something... then, within the gear description it will tell you what moves will cause that pym to be used and start stacking on an enemy. Same goes for all the other gear types, cryo, gamma etc

I feel like Black Widow, Cap, and Thor might be the best late game. Widows invis will probably be really clutch, Caps debuffs he puts on the enemies will be helpful to take down the tougher endgame enemies, and Thors teamwide ressurect might be super helpful as well, along with his armor for the team. Maybe you could round this out with someone with crazy AOE? (Kamala maybe?) This sounds like a really strong endgame team to me

@@neonmatt24 I dont have the game but from what I read it's not possible. I'm guessing it's because the damage numbers are coloured based on elemental damage so that you can that you're hitting correct enemies with correct damage types. Sorry I couldnt be of more help bro.

Tip: DO NOT upgrade your gear before nearing the 150 power cap. You will replace the upgraded gear in a couple missions and you’re wasting resources. Also don’t be afraid to dismantle legendaries, they’re only really useful at higher power levels.

I just finished the campaign last night, still got a few missions post campaign to do by the looks of it before heading into avengers initiative. Anyone know if the power jumps start getting a bit bigger? My characters range from around 20-35 but to even do some of the iconic missions you need to be lvl 40 ish? Am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you created and linked your Square Enix account, that'll let you play with people's who created and linked their accounts too. It made my connecting times alot faster. I think without the account connected it kept me from playing with square Enix account connected players.
