Cyclop's ld can only give each chatacter power once per turn, in round 2 he gave 2 to Domino

For sure! We were still figuring out the nuances of Cyclops new leadership at the time. Thank you for pointing this out! This was also the game that we learned about incinerate vs dodge dice! An easy to miss to rule for sure.

Is it just me or are you doing deployment wrong? The minitures have to be placed "within" range 3.

Great question! But the edge of the stick (range 3) is still considered “within”. We also sometimes use a premarked map at range 3.
