Rough game for the Asgardians. To rub insult into injury, you did forget that Hela had used Doomed Prophecy, meaning she had no physical defence dice against some attacks against her, which likely meant she would have gone down.

Great game! I completely missed the announcement of new defenders Affiliation and I check AMG Facebook regularly. Great to see that they want to bring daredevil back to competitive status! Just get the impression that the leaderships are not distinct enough, they seem to be converging towards rerolling under specific conditions.

That is a tricky one. Rerolls, to an extent, are easy to balance. A lot of other abstract type leaderships are not. Hopefully we see AMG continue with some interesting choices, but in the meantime, at these are working well

ASM was super impressive there! That new ability to get energy with crits rolled was niiiiiice. Even with all the conditions he had energy left and right.

Oof, those were some *rough* rolls on Troope's turn. Those rolls aside, how did you like the character changes?

So far, most of the characters feel great! I am still not sold on Thor and Cable having gotten the right changes, but we will see how that plays out

I genuinely had to turn this off when it got to turn 3. After the first two rounds of Asgard dice I would have scooped.

@@AegisbrandStudios While I agree, I think the dice warranted a restart in this case. It didn't even feel like a game; this was just your team using Asgard as a speed bag.

Sadly, a reset when filming is not always viable. If we had stopped mid game, it would have meant no video for the week, as there was not enough to restart, and get through a whole filmed report. An average video takes about 3-4 hours to film, and we cut out a lot of unnecessary stuff, as well as just general downtime and discussion between clips.

This is Asgard's main problem in general. They are very dice dependent. They can have great games and games where they just fold. All factions are subject to dice, obviously, but some either focus on scoring so dice matter less or simply have built in rerolls.

Yeah, Asgard really are living and dying by their dice, sadly. Heimdall brings some dice fixing, but not enough, frankly. I am looking forward to what the next wave does for them

I do not believe we counted any dazed ones for it, but it is always possible we missed one

I saw this game at the store and not sure if its good. I used to play heroclix pretty heavy

Obviously I am biased, but I think it is a fantastic game, and one of the strongest skirmish games on the market, right now. A bit more in-depth than heroclix, but I a find it a bit more fulfilling
