Marvel: Crisis Protocol is a tabletop hobby miniatures game set in the Marvel Universe. Just started this helps a lot. The last example confuses me cause obviously Thanos is on a building towards the back but if that's how it works a'ight. Real talk this game has been so refreshing on how straightforward (pun intended) it is. Like I play the new edition of Kill Team and LOS is still being debated about half a year later.

Glad it helped and yes, LOS can seem strange in this game, but once you get your head around the fact that 'height' doesn't really exist (as in you essentially play on a 2d plain) it makes a lot more sense

If it helps at all, in the last example Thanos would still gain cover from the building.

And in the last example, around the 10 min mark, Thanos also has los to rocket racoon, correct? If yes, does rocket get cover?

Great video rich, I really injured this in depth vedio explaining. I saw the beginning of the live sceen and went back and watched the whole thing. Do you think the Phoenix Force could be something like the infinity gems. Wolverine had the Phoenix force too in the comics so it might not be old man Logan but a 5 or 6 theat Logan. I think that could be really cool. Also thanks for the help on the clue, it works great and you can't see it like the glue I had previously. Do you use paint pens to paint that well? What do they use? It looked really good. My favorite was the first one though.

Hey KJ, I just use regular acrylic paints (combination of Vallejo and Army Painter). I really hope they bring PF into the game, not sure its something you would see being passed from character to character though

So If thanos were behind the sanctom, rocket would not have LOS because thanos is size 3 and sanctorum is 5 but if the sentinel prime were size five and behind the sanctorum rocket could shoot it because they're on the same plane. is this a correct interpretation of the rules??

Correct. Also, the sentinel would only get cover if it was Range 1 from the Sanctum.

great video thanks, one question, can i climb with a charcater that dont have climb in a structure size 4?? and is yes, whats is the difference between other charcaters than can fly and climb?

All characters can climb, it just reduces their movement to short. Fly and walk crawler allows characters to use their full movement when moving over terrain larger than them, but certain super powers/tactics cards interact with with the two different keywords

How do throws work if your stood on the terrain that you want to throw?

You always throw terrain from the character, so even if you and somebody is stood on it, you can throw it as normal
