I'm mostly good with this figure. Definitely needed more accessories though. Like, at least a fist hand with the Satan Claw, also they should have painted the yellow stripe on the forearm under the Satan Claw and given him at least one regular hand for his right side, so he could be posed without the Satan Claw. Options are nice to have.

I actually like this figure quit a bit. I think this is the MINIMUM amount that Hasbro has to do when giving us a straight up repaint. But still needs more accessories.

Zemo was developed much more as a character by several writers so he has a big advantage on this one. As far as freaky bad guys I think Strucker has an advantage with the death spore virus and the stereotypical robot claw. I'm not sure why you dismiss Hydra. It might be a generational thing? I would imagine most people post world war II would consider Hydra a fictional Nazi group. Maybe it's not very creative but it was based on the very real threat from the past. Do you like Advanced Idea Mechanics any better than Hydra?

I think the figure looks great. I like the vibrant green colors and the articulations are not bad . It's very accurate to the comics mostly the only gripe I have with this figure is no sword. Because Baron strucker is an expert swordsman. And extra hands for it. But the rest . He's a cool figure. Especially if you are familiar with the character. Plus he's fun to play with. It's toy. Not just for collecting .

It boggles my mind that Hasbro updated the arms and legs from the Spider UK buck to pinless...but couldn't be arsed to improve the hip articulation.😳 I wouldn't mind a Von Strucker figure but I'm not so struck on this one. The head and hips are weird.

Zemo over Strucker because he’s actually gotten some depth. Strucker is just a cackling evil dude, which Red Skull does better. The only time I’ve liked Strucker is in Jonathan Hickman’s Secret Warriors when he was a Nick Fury villain specifically. Design-wise, I like that Strucker looks more like a Hydra commander, but that also makes him look more generically Hydra. The hips and monocled eye on this guy are really distracting once you notice them. The hips especially just look off. Really feeling the lack of accessories on this guy too, even by the very low standards of current Marvel Legends. But the rest of the figure is fine, so once he’s on sale, I’ll probably grab him to add to my Hydra ranks.

It's like you say: Heads and Hands. I would forgive literally everything else if this had just come with a weapon holding hand for the left and a fist for the right. I'd also like a neutral face, but we can't ask for that much from Hasbro, even in our dreams.

Funny thing my nephew(4 year old) plays with them all day long as soon as i tell him you can also play with my s.h.f or mezco or something like that...he refuses to and telling me no only looking not touching!😂😂😂

Maybe I'm mistaken, but it looks like the knee joints are also a different color. They seem to be the same color as the thigh section above the thigh swivel. Are these different kinds of plastic, or is it just a difference in finish (or one in the same; different plastic = different finish)? It's very distracting, at least to me. Also, I wonder if there is a poll going on at Hasbro to see how many times they can reuse those effect pieces. I think the first time I ever ran across them was with the Deadpool/Negasonic 2 pack, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were used before then. On a related note, it's sad to think how much you got in that pack for the price point, and for the same amount what you get now (quantity and quality).

To me Zemo is B tier or secondary big bad. Strucker is fully sidekick or sub boss territory. I saw one review mistake the arms as being from Vulcan. There is something off about this mold in a good way. I have no idea what's doing it but the proportions look improved. Like his arms and thighs are inexplicably thicker I think. Super weird. I don't hate this figure just it looks like someone did the base paint for a model and then just stopped. Needs some contrast or shading. The mouth bothers me for some reason but I like the rest of the head.

I already got the cool new classic comic style Red Skull from the Zemnu wave, But to me, I will get Madame Hydra because I think she is cool despite her issues, Overall, Fantastic review on Baron Von Strucker.

The green plastics they used are completely different colors from each other. It was very apparent when I first started watching your review. It makes the figure look really off aesthetically.

When I saw the preview pics of this figure, I thought it looked like arse. After seeing the review, the figure still looks like arse. I do admit that the shoulder thingy and the metal hand are cool, but that face sculpt.....sweet jeezus, its bad.

Anthony's Question: Zemo. In the 60th year of the team, Hasbro's character selection has once again proven to be a misguided missile. They picked the wrong Baron. It should have been Zemo the 1st that would have accompanied one of last year's greatest products they released. But instead, Strucker. More Cap than Avengers. More X-Men than Avengers. Product design did little to help, when the one redeeming quality ML has these past 18 months have been their portrait sculpts. The monocle placement looks like a shard of glass embedded in his misaligned eye socket.

I definitely prefer zemo overall but I think struckers pretty cool and I actually really like this figure a lot lol mainly cuz I’ve wanted a strucker forever now but I wonder if a little silver or white paint on that monocle to make it look like there’s a glare would look good to kind of hide that wonky sunken in eye, what do you think ?
