I took the feet off Superior Spiderman and striped the red paint added baby blue souls, an absolute must for this black suit Spidey, crunch mod- trim the lower belly and corners of the ribs, shaved hips help legs reach chest with ease, blue paint marker for simple cell shading, this really opens the figure full potential imo

Yes! I'm so glad someone understands why this line looks like it does. Flat colors, no shading is a nod to the Mattel originals. I love it and I look forward to a second wave. Definitely hope to see a red and blue Spidey too.

I honestly agree with you on the bigger shoulders. For some characters, bigger shoulders are needed, but in some cases, it’s not because the character needs bigger shoulders, it’s just that the shoulders need to be adjusted a bit. Take the Renew Your Vows mold for example. The mold is great, don't get me wrong, but the shoulders need to be moved upward to make him look more comic-like. Just my two cents on the shoulders.

What a perfect aesthetic, that alt web-head cranium. Any larger and it would've qualified as a bobble-head. The amount of money the companies leave on the table by choosing to NOT evolve toward more consumer-friendly store approaches, is baffling. If there were a "specifications" section on each figures product-page across respective e-stores w/ a checkbox drop-menu that listed the parts that were used, we could select what we want from limitless figures, add them to cart and all of a sudden, there's modding inclusivity *and* *direct* *cornering* of the customs market by way of convenience of not having to purchase entire figures for 1 or a few parts, leaving to rest to MAYBE be spares. The money they'd save on printing & molding from packing alone would be bananas; not to mention shipping, because we'd be receiving parts in a cardboard box no bigger than a Pringles tube. I guess it'd just be about who does it better; the source company, or our source for imports. At the end of the day, we still get breakdown videos like this, with great coverage of the range of possibilities.

@@KitbashCustoms Disagree. I hate how ankle swivels look. I agree breaking the sculpt is not ideal, but at least with superheroes the line being at boot level makes sense. Ankle swivel looks like the character is wearing twee little booties.

The sculp Of the figure is off. The shoulders looks nothing like a superhero, since the proportion and the ratio in that part does not fit the rest of the body. Sorry but that's not a good mold at all.
