ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

The figure may not be perfect, but god what an amazing last few months it has been. I’ve been wanting 2 figures for so long, being an updated Superior Iron Man, and a movie Carnage. And now both of them are here, so you know that gets me hyped!

100% agree with your take on the color. This figure should have been chrome or silver at least. I’m pretty sure everyone who’s read the book would agree since it was depicted to look like liquid metal.

good luck, chrome is a bitch to apply, takes forever to dry, can still leave finger prints, and you can only do one coat,do another and it will never dry. EVER. if it sticks to the plastic, i recomend testing first. best result is using that powder one.

Yeah chrome is extremely hard to paint. Easy to find but hard to apply.

The AI Iron Man figure is the post Civil War 2 version, which wore (inhabited?) the more classic, as apposed to the Superior Iron Man version, which wore the model 2. It would be cool to see Hasbro go back and do an AI Iron Man based on Superior, though

I'm sure they did it to save money, but the design team sure dropped the ball on this figure. If it was colored chrome 90% of the people would be ecstatic about this release. As it is probably 90% of the people are disappointed. I look forward to the return of the stop motion. It was always good for a laugh ...

I got mine yesterday and one thing I hate is the Ab Crunch!! They need to bring back the marvel legends “Invincible armor” body type ab crunch. I give it a 6/10. They butchered the figure but still atlesst I can say I have the Endo sym armor

Well had this book for years now. Just turn it around and look at the back cover. Yup. It's white. I mean it's marvel legends they obviously won't release a silver edition or something before milking the mold before. Just look how long we wait before getting a decent hot toys mark 2 color 🤷‍♂

It's should be silver chrome or metal chrome white this looks more pearl white the only part that looks right is the headband on the unmasked head they probably based it more on the white comic images the old three inch got it more right even if it was to dark

Chrome would have been cool BUT there's no way they would have vac metalled this thing and personally I'm not a fan of that process anyway. And while the white did grow on me, I did paint him silver and holy crap they dropped the ball on this guy. He looks great in silver.
